A Bi-Fold door contemporary extension provided colour inspiration for this sleek and elegant Modern Shaker kitchen in the heart of rural Leicestershire. Acqua Viva by Paint&Paper was the bold colour chosen for the cabinetry, accented with polished chrome Queslett handles with a crisp backplate detail from Armac Martin. White Corian worktops provide a light and fresh counterpoint, with an inset induction hob and integrated extraction by Italian brand BORA set in to the large island worktop. The moulded Corian sink is complimented by a Quooker boiling water tap, and the extensive use of pan drawers provide ample easy access storage, the shapes being echoed with the use of horizontally accentuated wall cabinets to produce a calm contemporary aesthetic. A double width drinks cabinet with internal LED lighting and mirrored splash back ensure this kitchen is perfect for entertaining.
